The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form] (or) Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted to us when we send to you an email that the goods have been sent to you Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
Please Note:All images used are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst every effort is used to supply the most accurate product, baskets and contents can differ due to seasonal and availability changes.
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
Returns Of Fruit Baskets. If goods are damaged/incorrect we will resend the goods free of charge. Alternatively we can offer a refund although we will ask you to provide photographic evidence that the goods have been damaged/incorrect. Please note that when additional items have been sent the refund amount will only apply to the damaged/incorrect product.
All complaints must be received by either e-mail or in writing within 7 days of product leaving us..
We can not accept returns to our offices.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that are in transit. Any orders cancelled before being processed for transit are subject to a £10 handling charge. "In transit" means from the moment the order is put together by us and packaged for transit & then picked up by the couriers and not just after leaving our premises.
By clicking on the 'check out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained within the Fruit Galore UK website
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site
Information is collected lawfully through our catalogue ordering procedure and is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Fruit Galore UK Site and/or the Fruit Galore Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect your or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the products supplied. We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Fruit Galore UK Site and/or the Fruit Galore UK Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Fruit Galore Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Fruit Galore UK Service or Fruit Galore UK Site. Changes will be effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

When placing an order containing alcohol both yourself and the recipient must be over the age of 18. You will be requested to confirm that you are the cardholder and that both you, and the recipient are over the age of 18.You must be over the age of 18 to send and receive alcohol. That is the law.
We would rather not disappoint our customers by "back ordering" if particular items are not in stock and this may affect the delivery date. We will substitute with alternative fruit,food etc. Any substitution will be the same or greater value from the item displayed. We will make every effort to ensure that the Fruit Basket/Hamper is as near to that displayed on our web site as possible
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland free or with our standard charge.
Please note that our free delivery service is a next day service.
An additional delivery charge will be added to certain areas in the UK depending on the postal code.
All orders must be placed before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday to ensure next day delivery by 4pm. You can upgrade to a 12 noon or the 10am delivery service.
Delivery charges are £8.65 per order for the basic delivery service regardless of the amount of items ordered.
Parcels are sent by express courier, if the recipient is not at home the goods will be left with a neighbour or left safe at the premises and our courier driver will card the recipient to let them know where the goods have been left.
Any parcels containing alcohol will require a signature from an adult over the age of 18 years of age, this is in accordance with the law. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service.
At present we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or Bank Holidays and on these occasions we may deliver earlier or later than the day requested. Orders placed during a peak period such as Valentines Day, Christmas, Mothers Day or Fathers Day may be delivered earlier due to the large volume of orders we receive.
